Potted stilton recipe

  1. Crumble the Stilton into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Grate both apples onto the Stilton.
  3. Add the lemon zest and juice and stir well to prevent the apples from browning.
  4. Add the cream and season with a little black pepper.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish and serve with crackers or spread it on some squidgy warm bread rolls and serve with Pear and cranberry chutney.
