Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes Recipe

• 14 1/2 ounce Sweet Potatoes, Canned Mashed
• 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Light Margarine
• 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
• 1/4 tsp Salt

1. Combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, light margarine, orange juice, and salt in a med saucepan.
2. Cook over med heat 5 minutes or possibly till smooth and thoroughly heated, stirring often.
3. Stir in 2 - 3 Tbsp water, if nec.
4. Yield 4 (1/2 C) servings
