Szechuan Chicken

  1. Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Boil linguine noodles according to package directions while you start on the other ingredients.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Add in diced chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink (about 10 minutes).
  5. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, add in the garlic, paprika and marinade sauce.
  6. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. In a small skillet, add in the oil and saute the onion and bell pepper until onion is translucent (about 10 minutes).
  9. Add the pepper and onion to chicken and marinade mixture.
  10. Stir to combine.
  11. When noodles are done boiling, drain and place into individual bowls.
  12. Top with chicken/ marinade sauce!
  13. ENJOY
