Szechuan Chicken
- 1/2 pounds Whole Wheat Linguine Noodles
- 1 Tablespoon Light Butter
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Diced Into One Inch Pieces
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Yoshidas Original Gourmet Marinade
- 1/2 Tablespoons Canola Or Olive Oil
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil.
- Boil linguine noodles according to package directions while you start on the other ingredients.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add in diced chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink (about 10 minutes).
- Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, add in the garlic, paprika and marinade sauce.
- Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a small skillet, add in the oil and saute the onion and bell pepper until onion is translucent (about 10 minutes).
- Add the pepper and onion to chicken and marinade mixture.
- Stir to combine.
- When noodles are done boiling, drain and place into individual bowls.
- Top with chicken/ marinade sauce!
