Watercress, Pear and Walnut Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

  1. Whisk vinegar, mustard and honey in small bowl to blend.
  2. Gradually whisk in oil.
  3. Mix in poppy seeds.
  4. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss watercress and walnuts in large bowl with enough dressing to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide salad among 8 plates.
  8. Toss pears with 1/4 cup dressing in small bowl.
  9. Spoon pears atop salads.
