Rosti Casserole with Fried Eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. In a large bowl, add flour, yogurt, turnip, Gruyere cheese, melted butter, chives, salt, pepper, nutmeg and thawed hash-browns.
  3. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a 9x 13 glass baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. In a large frying pan coated in cooking spray, fry the eggs over medium to medium-high heat until you reach your desired doneness.
  7. Cut casserole into 8 pieces and top each piece with a fried egg.
  8. Serve immediately.
