Cincinnati Empress Chili

  1. In large heavy pot, over medium-high heat, heat oil and saute onions for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
