Cherry Topped Eggnog Ring

  1. PREPARE cherry jelly powder according to 30-minute Set Method on package.
  2. Add mandarin oranges and apples.
  3. Spoon into a 6-cup jelly mold.
  4. Chill until set, but still sticky to touch.
  5. MEANWHILE, dissolve lemon jelly powder in boiling water.
  6. Cool 10 minutes.
  7. Add eggnog.
  8. Chill until slightly thickened.
  9. FOLD jelly mixture into 1 cup of the topping.
  10. Spoon over fruit layer in mold.
  11. Chill.
  12. UNMOLD onto serving plate.
  13. Garnish with remaining topping.
