  1. Soften butter and garlic in a baking tray then add lemon juice and zest with finely chop parsley mix well and coat prawn well
  2. Baked it at 220 C for 10 to 12 minutes or longer depending on the size of the Tiger prawn

  4. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL GARNISH Melt butter then add fine chili powder and top prawn
