LG BAKED GARLIC BUTTER TIGER PRAWN
- 6 tiger prawn
- 10 clove garlic
- 1 lemon or lime juice and zest
- 1 tbsp dice parsley or fresh coriander
- 5 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp fine chili powder
- Soften butter and garlic in a baking tray then add lemon juice and zest with finely chop parsley mix well and coat prawn well
- Baked it at 220 C for 10 to 12 minutes or longer depending on the size of the Tiger prawn
- BAKED GARLIC BUTTER TIGER PRAWN
- OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL GARNISH Melt butter then add fine chili powder and top prawn
