Pho
- 800 ml Chicken soup
- 150 grams Pho noodles
- 100 grams Beef for shabu-shabu
- 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
- 1/4 Onion (red if you have it)
- 1 heaping tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 Shredded Japanese leek or coriander (garnish)
- 1 Limes
- Boil some water in a pan and boil the bean sprouts, beef (skim off the fat) and pho noodles in that order.
- (You can use the same water.)
- Season the soup with fish sauce then pepper and salt if it needs it.
- Add all of the pho ingredients to a bowl and pour the chicken soup over them.
- Top with garnish and a squeeze of lime juice and it's ready to serve.
