Icecream filled cake
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 liter vanilla icecream
- Separate egg white and beat them till they are airy.
- Mix rest of the ingredients and then fold the egg whites in them.
- Preheat oven at 170 C.
- Line a baking tray with butter paper and pour the cake mixture.
- Bake it for 10-15 minutes.
- Spread a towel and sprinkle some icing sugar on it.
- Take the cake out of the oven and empty the tray on towel.
- Roll the cake along with towel.
- And let it cool.
- Open up the towel and spread the softened icecream on it.
- Roll it again softly.
- Cover it and freeze it.
- Optional : pour the glazing before serving.
- (I used betty crocker's frosting here).
