Sukiyaki-style Simmered Vegetables and Beef

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. (If you can't put them in all at once, do it later when the vegetables go down in volume.)
  3. Add the seasoning ingredients.
  4. Once it starts bubbling and the vegetables have wilted, add the beef and cook over high heat.
  5. When the beef is cooked, it's done!
