Sukiyaki-style Simmered Vegetables and Beef
- 250 grams Beef
- 1/4 Chinese cabbage
- 6 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 medium Onions
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 1/2 packet Shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
- 1 block Tofu
- 100 ml Mirin
- 100 ml Sake
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan.
- (If you can't put them in all at once, do it later when the vegetables go down in volume.)
- Add the seasoning ingredients.
- Once it starts bubbling and the vegetables have wilted, add the beef and cook over high heat.
- When the beef is cooked, it's done!
