Chocolate Chunk Walnut Banana Bread
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup granular no-calorie sweetener
- 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- Beat eggs, oil and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Stir in bananasl.
- Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
- Stir in chopped chocolate and walnuts.
- Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 45 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 min.
- Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
- Cut into 18 slices to serve.
