Easy, Enchilada Sauce Mix

• 14 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 12 teaspoon oregano
• 12 teaspoon cumin
• 12 teaspoon garlic powder
• 3 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
• 14 cup shortening

1. Mix all ingredients and store in an air tight container until use.
2. To use mix with 16 oz tomato sauce and 2 cups water.
3. Cook to thicken.
