Blackberry Chocolate Bliss Recipe

  1. Drain the Blackberries and divide between four individual dishes reserving a few for decoration.
  2. Mix together breadcrumbs, sugar and 1 1/4 ounce of the chocolate.
  3. Whip the creams together and stir in the sherry.
  4. Layer the breadcrumb mix and cream on top of the Blackberries, ending with a layer of breadcrumbs.
  5. Place remaining cream in a piping bag with a large star nozzle attached and pipe a whirl of cream in the centre of each dish.
  6. Decorate with Blackberries and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
  7. NOTES : Juice from Blackberries may be sued for making a jelly.
