Maple Mustard Pork Chops
- 1 pound Pork Chops, Bone In Or Boneless (3/4 Inches Thick)
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Or Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Salt and pepper pork chops.
- Put chops into the skillet and brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Cook chops in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes (depending on whether or not you use bone-in).
- While chops are cooking, mince garlic and chop rosemary.
- Mix mustard and maple syrup in a bowl using a whisk.
- Add garlic and rosemary.
- Take chops out of oven and put them on a plate.
- Cover with foil.
- Put the pan back on the burner over medium heat (be careful to not grab the handle of the pan without an oven mittI speak from experience!).
- Add the maple/mustard mixture and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until slightly thickened and garlic has softened.
- Stir the sauce and scrape up any brown bits from the pan.
- Serve the chops with sauce!
