Best Popcorn Balls Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. butter
- 8 quarts. popped corn
- Boil sugar, syrup and butter to 248 degrees or possibly to thread stage.
- Pour syrup over popped corn; mix thoroughly.
- Mold into balls with hands moistened in cool water.
- Yield: 15 servings.
