Orange Hazelnut Vinaigrette

• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 1/4 cup hazelnut oil up to 1/2 cup
• 1 x salt to taste
• 1 x black pepper to taste

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Only add enough hazelnut oil to reach desired consistency.
3. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
4. Voila!
