Granola Bars (Gluten Free)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix sugar and oil.
  3. Add egg, and then honey, peanut butter, and vanilla.
  4. In a seperate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, ground flax, goji and acai.
  5. Combine together.
  6. Mix in rice cereal, fruit/nuts, coconut, chocolate chips.
  7. Oil a 9 x 13 pan.
  8. Press mixture into pan.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
