Shrimp Scampi

  1. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Saute the garlic for a few seconds, then add the red vermouth and tomatoes.
  3. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and parsley, cook 3 mins, or untill shrimp are pink.
  5. Season with hot pepper sauce, salt & pepper, to taste.
  6. Serve over hot rice if desired.
