15-Minute Shrimp

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish toss shrimp with Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except feta cheese and parsley.
  4. Stir until blended.
  5. Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley.
  6. Bake 19-12 minutes at 450 degrees, until shrimp are cooked through.
  7. Serve over rice, orzo, or another pasta.
