Orange-Banana Tropical Drink

• 1 medium ripe banana
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 cup orange juice
• 14 cup wheat germ
• 2 tablespoons honey
• ice cube

1. Mix all ingredients at high speed for thirty seconds.
2. Chill and serve.
