Shrimp Salad

  1. Rinse shrimp in colander under cold water until thawed.
  2. Drain well, then put on paper towels and pat off any excess water.
  3. Place celery, onion, zucchini, tomatoes, and black olives in a bowl.
  4. Add black pepper to taste.
  5. Add shrimp and grated parmesan to the bowl, and then the dressing, stirring everything together well.
  6. Chill in refridgerator for at least an hour.
  7. Serve with crusty bread.
