Crock Pot Ham & Beans

  1. Cover dry beans with water, leaving at least an inch of water over the top of the beans.
  2. Soak over night.
  3. Drain and rinse beans.
  4. Return to crock pock with 12 cups water.
  5. Saute chopped onion and diced garlic cloves in olive oil with salt and pepper until softened.
  6. Add saute, chopped ham and two bay leaves to crock pot.
  7. Cook on high for one hour.
  8. Cook on low for 7 hours.
  9. Remove bay leaves and enjoy.
