Chicken Fingers Recipe
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 packages lipton onion soup mix
- 2 tbs oil
- Cut the chicken into bite size cubes or strips (small enough to cook quickly), mix flour and lipton soup together, dredge chicken in the flour mixture.
- Place a thin coating of oil in the bottom of a frying pan.
- Once oil is hot, place chicken fingers in pan to fry, watch carefully, they cook quickly and you don't want them to burn.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
