Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Place pepper, soy milk, tahini and arrowroot in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring constantly with a whisk.
  4. Reduce heat to low and whisk in salt, mustard and cayenne pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
