Tangy Chicken Fajitas

  1. In a large glass bowl combine the 1/4 cup oil, vinegar, lime juice, and dry salad dressing mix.
  2. Mix together.
  3. Add chicken strips, onion and bell pepper.
  4. Cover dish and refrigerate.
  5. Marinate for 3 to 6 hours.
  6. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil.
  7. Drain and discard marinade.
  8. Saute chicken, onion and bell pepper until chicken is cooked through (juices run clear) and onion is translucent.
