Pan-Fried Greek Potatoes

  1. Cook and stir bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until bacon is crisp.
  2. Remove bacon with slotted spoon to paper towel, reserving drippings in skillet.
  3. Add potatoes to skillet.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 15 min.
  5. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add onions; cook and stir 2 min.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in cheese until well blended.
