Hash Brown Casserole Recipe
- 2 lbs. defrosted hashbrowns
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cheese, grated
- 1 (8 ounce.) (1 c.) lowfat sour cream
- Mix well.
- Can let sit overnight before baking (chill).
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
