Napoleon Champagne Cocktail

  1. Sprinkle each sugar cube with 2 dashes of bitters.
  2. Place 1 sugar cube in each of 6 champagne flutes.
  3. Pour 1 teaspoon Cognac over each sugar cube.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier to each glass.
  5. Fill glasses with champagne.
  6. Garnish glasses with orange peel strips and serve.
