Savory Flounder

  1. Place oven rack 6 inches from broiler heat source.
  2. Heat broiler on high.
  3. Place flounder fillets on jelly-roll pan.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper.
  5. Brush fillets with Dijon mustard.
  6. Spread potatoes on tops of fillets.
  7. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until fish is firm and opaque throughout when tested with a fork.
  8. Garnish with dill.
