Savory Flounder
- 4 flounder fillets
- .13 tsp. Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. potatoes
- Dill
- Place oven rack 6 inches from broiler heat source.
- Heat broiler on high.
- Place flounder fillets on jelly-roll pan.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Brush fillets with Dijon mustard.
- Spread potatoes on tops of fillets.
- Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until fish is firm and opaque throughout when tested with a fork.
- Garnish with dill.
