Cranberry Orange Pork Roast
- 3 lb Pork roast or loin
- 1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 each Orange, zest and juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 tsp Each of cloves & nutmeg
- 1 as needed Salt and pepper
- Season the roast with salt and pepper.
- Brown on all sides in a hot skillet.
- Place roast in a crockpot.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Pour over roast.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or more.
- I serve this with rice and honey glazed carrots.
