Barbecued Beef Cups Recipe
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits (18 ounce)
- 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Separate biscuits into 10 individual circles.
- Pat each biscuit into a 5" circle on a lightly floured board or possibly surface.
- Press into muffin pans.
- Brown grnd beef in a large skillet stir in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili pwdr.
- Spoon into muffin c.. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 min more.
- Yield: 10 servings.
