  2. The marinade is best the day its made.
  3. Variation: Lime-Jalapeno Marinade
  4. Turn around the flavors and the name for a marinade thats better on pork butt or shoulder.
  5. Simply replace the lime juice with a 6-ounce can of limeade concentrate.
