Tin Cup Creamy Cheese Soup Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions in butter till transparent.
  2. Blend in flour and seasonings.
  3. Stir till bubbly; remove from heat.
  4. Gradually stir in lowfat milk and soup stock.
  5. Bring to boil stirring constantly.
  6. When ready to serve, sprinkle grated cheese over bowl; put in slice of bread and cover with Swiss cheese.
  7. Broil one minute till cheese melts.
