Farm Fresh Fritters #RSC

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients for the fritters and mix well.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet and spray with vegetable spray.
  3. Using a 1/2 cup measure drop batter onto the skillet making 4 mounds.
  4. Press lightly to flatten.
  5. Cook till golden brown, turning once, about 3 minutes total.
  6. Combine the ingredients for the topping and dollop on each fritter serving.
