Chocolate Eclairs And Glaze Recipe

• 2 Packages instant vanilla pudding or possibly 1 lg.
• 3 c. lowfat milk, mix as directed on box
• 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip
• 1 box graham cracker crumbs

1. Add in Cold Whip to pudding mix and lowfat milk mix.
2. Spread a layer of graham cracker crumbs in bottom of pan (13 x 9 inch).
3. Spread 1/4 of pudding mix over this.
4. Alternate crackers and pudding mix, ending with crackers on top.
5. Glaze: Mix all together and spread on top.
6. Refrigerateand cut in serving pcs.
