Chocolate Eclairs And Glaze Recipe
- 2 Packages instant vanilla pudding or possibly 1 lg.
- 3 c. lowfat milk, mix as directed on box
- 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip
- 1 box graham cracker crumbs
- Add in Cold Whip to pudding mix and lowfat milk mix.
- Spread a layer of graham cracker crumbs in bottom of pan (13 x 9 inch).
- Spread 1/4 of pudding mix over this.
- Alternate crackers and pudding mix, ending with crackers on top.
- Glaze: Mix all together and spread on top.
- Refrigerateand cut in serving pcs.
