Hot Crab-Artichoke Spread
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 2 cans (170 g each) crabmeat, drained
- 1 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min.
- or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into 1-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until heated through.
