Ostrich steaks
- 4 Ostrich steaks
- 1 salt to season
- 1 Crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 barbeque spice
- 1 olive oil
- Pat steaks dry and brush with olive oil
- Seal steaks on both sides, in a hot non - stick frying pan.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and bbq spice and finish off in the oven.
- Serve with mushroom sauce, creamy garlic mashed potatoes and roasted veggies
