Ostrich steaks

  1. Pat steaks dry and brush with olive oil
  2. Seal steaks on both sides, in a hot non - stick frying pan.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and bbq spice and finish off in the oven.
  4. Serve with mushroom sauce, creamy garlic mashed potatoes and roasted veggies
