Traditional Stuffing
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 34 cup water
- 250 g ground sausage, browned
- 4 shallots, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- Mix all ingredients together and shape into 16 balls.
- Bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
