Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 25 min.
  3. or just until tender; drain.
  4. Cool.
  5. Peel and slice potatoes.
  6. Whisk cream cheese spread, milk, garlic powder and pepper until blended.
  7. Layer half each of the potatoes, cream cheese mixture and Parmesan in shallow 2-qt.
  8. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; repeat layers.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. or until sauce is hot and bubbly.
