Yummy Roast Chicken
- 2 Tbsp. Greek-style yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. minced fresh thyme
- 1 chicken (4 lb.), cut up Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Whisk all ingredients except chicken in small bowl.
- Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Spread yogurt mixture over chicken.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Bake chicken 50 to 55 min.
- or until done (165F).
