Pork and Bok Choy Yakisoba Noodles with Oyster Sauce, Mayonnaise and Garlic
- 2 packs Uncooked Chinese noodles
- 160 to 200 grams Pork
- 2 head Bok choy
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/3 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 dash, to finish Sesame oil
- 1 Salt
- Cut up the bok choy and pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the onion into 5 mm wide wedges.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
- Boil the uncooked Chinese noodles.
- Drain, and rinse the noodles, and drain well.
- Place in a boil and coat with a little oil (not listed in ingredient list).
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork and garlic over high heat.
- When the pork is cooked, add the bok choy and onion and continue stir-frying.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add the noodles and the ingredients, and stir-fry over high heat.
- When the sauce has coated the noodles completely, turn off the heat.
- Taste, and adjust the seasonings if needed with salt.
- Drizzle with sesame oil to finish.
- Transfer to serving plates and top with coarsely ground black pepper and mustard paste to taste.
