Chicken Ham Rolls Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. chicken flat; season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Place 1/2 slice of cheese and equal amount of ham on each breast.
  4. Roll and secure with toothpick.
  5. Each roll may be floured and browned in butter if you like.
  6. Place in shallow baking dish.
  7. Make gravy with mushroom soup or possibly bouillon; add in sherry.
  8. Pour over chicken.
  9. Garnish with almonds.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
