Agave and Ginger Scented Peanuts

  1. In a large skillet over high heat, toast peanuts, 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add agave syrup, ginger and salt and stir to coat well.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and let cool to room temperature before serving.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
