Salmon Baked in Foil
- 3 cuts Fresh Salmon
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp White wine (or sake)
- 1/2 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 2 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 Paprika peppers
- 1/2 Green pepper
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- 3 slice Lemon
- 1/2 Onion
- 10 grams Butter
- Season the fresh salmon well with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with white wine (or sake).
- Let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare three 30cm sheets of aluminum foil, and spread vegetable oil (not listed) over the center of each.
- Divide the sliced onions into 3 equal portions, and place on top.
- Separate the shimeji mushrooms, thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms and bell pepper, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Place the salmon in top of the onions in the aluminum foil.
- Add the ingredients from step 3 on top, and add butter, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 480F/250C for 12 minutes, and they are done.
