Tin Roof Pie (Ice Cream Pie) Recipe
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/3 c. corn syrup
- Approx. 2-3 c. Kellogg's Honey & Nut corn flakes (crunched)
- Sufficient vanilla ice cream to fill a pie pan (approx. 2/3 of a 1/2 gallon ice cream)
- 3 tbsp. minced peanuts
- Mix together the peanut butter and corn syrup.
- Add in crunched corn flakes and stir till coated.
- Press proportionately into pie pan.
- Chill, spoon softened ice cream into crust.
- Sprinkle with peanuts.
- Freeze till hard.
