Lobster Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Spray four 6-oz.
  3. custard cups or souffle dishes with cooking spray.
  4. Place on baking sheet; set aside.
  5. Mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
  6. Bring milk just to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat; cook 1 min.
  7. Add cream cheese; stir with wire whisk until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  8. Add lobster and onions; cook 2 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Spoon evenly into prepared custard cups; sprinkle with the crumb mixture.
  11. Bake 10 min.
  12. or until crumb topping is golden brown.
  13. Serve warm.
