Aubergine Bruschetta Au Gratin Recipe

  1. Cut the aubergine in round slices.
  2. Fry the slices in a pan with a little oil.
  3. Toast the bread.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce over the toast.
  5. Place the aubergine slices on top.
  6. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese.
  7. Sprinkle a little of marjoran.
  8. Place in oven under the broiler for 2 - 3 min or possibly till the cheese browns.
