Nutella Mug Cake

• 4 tbsp self raising flour
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp nutella
• 3 tbsp milk
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 egg

1. Combine all ingredients in a coffee mug.
2. whisk well with a fork until smooth.
3. Place in microwave and heat for 2-4 minutes depending on wattage.
4. Top with whipped cream and a little chocolate syrup.
