Tomatoes and Cheese

  1. Drain mozzarella pearls, and place in a medium sized serving bowl.
  2. Cut Grape tomatoes in halve and add to the Mozzarella.
  3. Run the largest garlic cloves through the garlic press.
  4. Add the other ingredients to the bowl.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Chill well for a couple of hours, or overnight.
  7. The longer it sits the more intense the flavor becomes.
  8. Serve alone or with toast or crackers.
