Tomatoes and Cheese
- 16 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, pearls
- 10 ounces grape tomatoes, halved
- 34 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh cracked pepper
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 garlic cloves, through a press
- Drain mozzarella pearls, and place in a medium sized serving bowl.
- Cut Grape tomatoes in halve and add to the Mozzarella.
- Run the largest garlic cloves through the garlic press.
- Add the other ingredients to the bowl.
- Mix well.
- Chill well for a couple of hours, or overnight.
- The longer it sits the more intense the flavor becomes.
- Serve alone or with toast or crackers.
